The Aspiring Nurse Leader Mentorship

Are you an ambitious RN who wants to positively impact nurses and patients in a leadership capacity?

I've been in your shoes. With just a few years at the bedside, I moved into a nurse supervisor role. While I had my own doubts and anxiety about my abilities, I also had some amazing mentors that encouraged me to apply, and helped me succeed. I want to help other nurses start their own journey towards nursing leadership. My goal is to help get positive, hard working, enthusiastic nurses into leadership roles where they can impact change and make a difference in other's lives.
